You need to pay first before getting the interference product you need. After receiving and confirming your payment, if there is a spot product order in our warehouse, we will immediately arrange the shipment. And the factory's products are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
1.If you choose to Free Shipping, then you need to wait 7-10 business days. We will send a tracking number to your for cargo tracking.
2.If you choose to Expedited Shipping, then you need to wait 4-7 working days. We will send a tracking number to your for cargo tracking.

Guarantee:
We are related to the products sold, according to the location stated in the warranty card, we guarantee that it is within the manufacturer's warranty. The product does not have the manufacturer's warranty, and it will be regarded as our warranty.

warranty period:
When the jammer product arrives in your hands, the warranty period begins. Our company has a one-year warranty. But when the product fails initially, follow the rules below:

Refund Process
1. Contact us first by email: service@greatjammer.com or online support with detailed description and photos or videos if possible and we will confirm whether it is operational problem or quality problem
2.You have to immediately sent the items together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance
3.We will inform you once we receive the returned goods. Replacements or repaired items will be shipped back via regular air mail with prior notice.

Refunds
1.Within 15 days after you receive the products
